_hoh, the week was indeed full with professional progress for the both of us _ the weather seemingly can’t really decide whether it is early spring or full on summer, but when the latter, we get strong holiday vibes, like reading on the beach, swimming in the ocean, just chatting with friends – some of which we indeed did 😀

_Ben continued his touring with his tool in the company while he also got involved into new stuff _ one of his friends visited Melbourne this week as well from Europe and went to have a coffee with him, and they chatted about how graphs and networks run the world 😀 in the meantime, I progressed with my business side through some networking and other stuff and interviewed one of the most anticipated guests for my podcast – it was freaking awesome 😀 I cannot wait to release this episode in MAY XD besides work, we had our PhD lunch on Friday where Manow told us about her teaching and Jaime about her work_

_but the weather was so nice on Friday that we decided to get to the beach first thing in the morning on Saturday and swim in the bay for the first time in the season _ this went almost well – the sun was indeed shining but the wind was blowing a with fierce coolness, so while Ben was brave and went still in to swim a bit, I chickened out – though Ben very nicely said later that he was brave and I was wise 😀 but no amount of cooling weather can keep us from our favourite brunch and coffee places 😀 

_afterwards, we came home to dress appropriately for the cooling weather (we ditched the shorts and put on some long trousers) but then Tenzin invited us to try his tiramisu – and how could we have said no to this enticing opportunity 😀 so we raided Tenzin’s kitchen and offer him specialty coffee as a piece offering so our 3-hour presence at his place was well caffeinated, serviced with food and interesting conversations about space, interior design and Christmas plans 😀 but just to be sure, we finished off the evening with an amazing dinner at a Korean bbq place 😀

_heh, a hét tényleg tele volt melós haladással mind a kettőnknek _ az időjárás meg nem úgy tűnik, mint aki el tudja dönteni, hogy kora tavasz van, vagy full nyár, de amikor az utóbbi, akkor elég erős szünidő érzésünk van, strandon olvasással, óceánban úszással, meg baráti beszélgetésekkel – némelyiket meg is léptük 😀

_Bence folyamatosan mutatja be a kollégáinak az eszközt amit csinált, meg persze vonják be új projektekbe is _ az egyik barátja is eljött Melbourne-be, akivel elment kávézni, és jól megbeszélték, hogy a világot a hálózatok meg a gráfok irányítják 😀 mindeközben én is haladtam a céggel kapcsolatépítésen meg mindenféle máson keresztül, meg meginterjúvoltam az egyik legjobban várt vendéget a podcastben – elképesztően atomkirály volt 😀 alig várom, hogy MÁJUSban kirakjam az epizódot XD melón kívül volt a szokásos PhD ebéd, ahol Manow elregélte nekünk, hogy miket tanít, meg Jaime hogy mizu a melóban_

_de az idő olyan csodás volt pénteken, hogy egy reggeli úszást terveztünk be szombatra, elsőt az idényben _ majdnem jól is sikerült – a nap tényleg sütött, de a szél is erősen fújt, hűvöset, szóval míg Bence bátor volt, és bement úszni egy kicsit, addig én gyáván megfutamodtam – bár Bence utólag mondta, hogy ő bátor volt, én meg bölcs 😀 de semmilyen hideg idő nem tud minket távol tartani a kedvenc villásreggelis meg kávézós helyünktől 😀

_utána azért jól hazajöttünk az időjárásnak megfelelő ruházatot felölteni (a sortot hosszúnadrágra cseréltük), de Tenzin becsábított minket azzal, hogy próbáljuk ki a tiramisut, amit csinált – és hát egy ilyen felkérésre hogy lehetne nemet mondani 😀 szóval kiraboltuk a konyháját, de azért békeajándékként vittünk neki japán kávé különlegességet, szóval a 3 órás jelenlétünk megfelelően meg volt töltve koffeinnel, fincsi hamival és érdekes beszélgetéssel a világűrről, belső építészetről, és karácsonyi tervekről 😀 és csak hogy minden rendben legyen, a napot egy jó kis koreai bbqval fejeztük be 😀
