_yaaaay, spring is really here and it is amazing to see the budding and blooming while we are progressing onward with work and hobby projects 🙂

_Ben had his first year assessed by his boss and they are very satisfied with his progress and they gave important feedback _ with his boss, Ben already started to work on the feedback which is amazing to see – the feedback was given to enhance and show improvement opportunities, and Ben, the enhancer, developer, and innovator he is, took it heart as chances to become better 🙂 plus he is working on huge projects which is also motivating for him 😀

_I was progressing with my thesis update based on the feedback from my review, but the main event of this week was a panel discussion for the Smart Cities Research Institute which I organised and led 😀 the leader of the institute was a interviewee on the podcast before and tasked me to do a panel discussion _ I was just a weebit excited and nervous but it went well, the panel enjoyed it and 41 people sacrificed their lunch to listen to the discussion _ so it can be said as a success 😀 at least Ben is keep telling me this 😀

_yesterday we decided to have a brunch in the CBD and it was a good and delicious decision 😀 the food was great and the company as well, we talked about very important stuff indeed 😀 afterwards, we played games, then Ben cooked a magnificent chickpea biryani and we finished the evening rewatching The Good Place series – it is even funnier for the second time _ Ben is reading  Michael Schur, the writer’s book, How to be perfect, also containing the moral and ethical dilemmas discussed and acted upon in the series_

_éljenéljen, itt a tavasz és szuper látni a bimbózást és virágzást miközben mi is haladunk előre a melóval meg hobby projektekkel 🙂

_Bencének kiértékelték az első évét és nagyon elégedettek voltak vele de adtak hasznos visszajelzést is _ Bence már el is kezdett dolgozni a visszajelzésen a főnökével, amit nagyon jó látni – a visszajelzést azért adták, hogy rámutassanak fejlődési lehetőségekre, és Bence, amilyen fejlődés orientált, megvizsgálja és adott esetben meg is fogadja az ilyen tanácsot 🙂 nem mellesleg, dolgozik nagy projekteken, amik mindig lelkesítik 😀

_én is haladtam a tézissel a meghallgatásos visszajelzések alapján, de a legfontosabb esemény a héten egy kerekasztal beszélgetés volt az Okos Város Kutató Intézet számára, amit én szerveztem és vezettem 😀 az intézet vezetője volt a podcastben interjú alany, és mondta, hogy itt a lehetőség, hogy szervezzek egy ilyet _ csak egy csöppet voltam szuper izgatott és ideges, de a beszélgetés nagyon jól ment, a panel tagjai élvezték a beszélgetést, és 41 ember áldozta fel az ebéd idejét, hogy meghallgassa amit mondanak ezek az emberek _ szóval sikernek lehet elkönyvelni 😀 legalábbis Bence ezt mondja nekem 😀

_tegnap pedig egy villásreggeli mellett döntöttünk benn a központban, ami egy nagyon jó és finom döntésnek bizonyult miközben elképesztően jót beszélgettünk 😀 után volt egy kis játék, majd Bence főzött nyami finom biryanit, végül a napot A Jó Hely sorozat újranézésével fejeztük be – még viccesebb másodjára _ Bence épp olvassa Michael Schur, az író könyvét, Hogyan legyünk tökéletesek (csak angolul van), ami szintén a morális és etikai dilemmákkal foglalkozik, mint a sorozat_
