_hm, it may sound repetitive, but we are indeed progressing 😀 with many meetings, interviews, and projects, while also taking time for things outside of work, our interests, such as nuclear power 😀 _Ben is getting more and more projects and he is very excited about them even though he can’t really say what he is working on 😀 he very much enjoys working with his colleagues and also his previous projects are coming back as very useful for the company _ he showed me today one of his open-source networks which is used around the world by random fans because it is so good 😀 I also had many meetings for Vitruvian and WTF, the podcast interviews which I am preparing are so interesting, I cannot wait to release them – though at the same time it might be time to get some help with the editing process (Ben has been saying this for ages) _ SCC is also going strong while DBI is getting awake 😀 _outside of work, we also progressed with one of our biggest shared project, and had lunch with our PhD friends _ Charlotte came back after a long hiatus and told us what crazy sh*t happened since we last saw her, and Jaime mentioned that she might get a position with DBI because I introduced them to each other 🙂 _and finally, on Saturday, we went to a new breakfast place as a request of our friend, had a great conversation about start-upping and then strolled the city _ afterwards, we came home to read in the shadow (we also read in the park but the shadows weren’t effective enough 😀 ) until our evening program: a panel conversation on nuclear energy _ Miss America 2023, Grace Stanke is a nuclear engineering student (WTF) and she talked about her mission to spread the good word of nuclear energy, and then there was a panel conversation with Australian experts in the field _ it was very interesting, of course want to interview them for the podcast, and I might have gotten excited enough to plan the 350th episode about energy 😀 to Ben’s greatest delight 😀 |
_hm, lehet, hogy ismétlésnek tűnik, de tényleg haladunk 😀 volt rengeteg meeting, interview, és projekt, miközben azzal is töltünk időt, ami nem melóhoz kapcsolódik, mint pl nukleáris energia 😀 _Bencének egyre több projektje van, és nagyon lelkes miattuk, bár nem sokat szabad mesélnie róluk 😀 rettentően élvezi, hogy a munkatársaival ilyen problémákon dolgozik, és a korábbi projektjei is jönnek vissza, hogy mennyire hasznosak _ ma pl megmutatott nekem egy hálózati vizualizációt, amit korábban csinált, hogy használják a világon mindenfelé, mert annyira jó 😀 nekem is rengeteg meetingem volt Vitruviannel meg WTF-fel, és a podcast interjúk szuper izgisek, alig várom, hogy kimenjenek – bár lassan itt lesz az ideje, hogy valaki elkezdjen segíteni nekem a szerkesztéssel (Bence évek óta mondja ezt) _ SCC is halad és DBI meg kezd felébredni 😀 _melón kívül is haladtunk az egyik legnagyobb közös projektünkön, és volt PhD ebéd is _ Charlotte visszatért egy hosszabb szünet után, és elregélte, hogy mennyi őrültség történt vele mióta legutoljára láttuk, Jaime meg mondta, hogy lehet, hogy fog DBI-nál dolgozni, mert bemutattam őket egymásnak 🙂 _és végül szombaton elmentünk egy új helyre reggelizni egy barátunk kérésére, és nagyon izgalmasat beszélgettünk a start-up világról, aztán sétálgattunk a városban _ utána hazajöttünk olvasni egy kicsit az árnyékban (a parkban levő árnyék kevésbé volt hatékony 😀 ) az esti programig: egy panel beszélgetés nukleáris energiáról _ Miss America 2023, Grace Stanke nukleáris mérnöknek tanul (miatök) és mesélt a missziójáról, hogy terjeszti az igét a nukleáris energia előnyeiről, aztán pedig volt egy panel vele és ausztrál szakértőkkel ugyanerről _ rettenet izgis volt, és persze mindet meg akarom interjúvolni a podcasthez, és lehet, hogy annyira belelelkesültem, hogy a 350. epizód az az energiáról fog szólni 😀 Bence nem kis örömére 😀 |
