_this week was full with quiet progress and preparation to our trip next week and our weekend event at the Dog Expo!! it was a really great week 🙂 _quiet progress is still progress 😀 though I must correct myself as Ben’s big project (one of the many) finally came out officially so he can now talk about it!!! we are so happy for him 🙂 besides this, he also made progress with the other projects (naturally) and started to prepare for the next year (okay this might be a bit of overexaggeration but still he had a meeting about his next steps in the company 😀 ) _ this week I mainly progressed with the projects for SCC and UniMelb and WTF, while finalising our Christmas lists 😀 we almost organised everything for the Christmas presents 😀 I know it is only October (Ben repetedly reminds me 😛 ) but for everything to arrive in time we need to do this in advance (and I am even late compared to last years’ habits 😀 )_ _Ben had a few in person meetings as well, like on Wednesday helping a friend’s company with his out-of-box thinking _ we went for a Korean BBQ afterwards and he told me how threw questions at the team to the delight of his friend to make them rethink stuff 😀 we also discussed in detail Eric Berger’s books, Liftoff and Reentry – can you guess what they are about? 😀 on Friday, we had our usual PhD chat and Manow was 20 minutes late because she just woke up – the time difference between Australia and Thailand just increase 😀 _on Saturday, after our breakfast and coffee where our friend joined us for great conversations, I followed Jaime (Ben joined us later) to an expo on the Melbourne Showgrounds: Dog Lovers Festival!!! it was AMAZING _ so much fluff and noise and petting 😀 we were able to pet so-so-so many dogs, from dachshunds to Irish greyhounds _ my favourite was the bulldog on the throne and the corgi with full of energy, ohh and the huge St Bernard which was 68 kilos 😀 we had so much fun 🙂 |
_ez a hét tele volt csöndes haladással és előkészülettel a jövő heti utazásra és a hétvégén rettenet mennyiségű kutyival!!! szuper hét volt 🙂 _a csöndes haladás még mindig haladás 😀 bár Bence esetében még csak nem is jogos, mert az egyik nagy projektje végre nyilvános lett, úgyhogy mesélhet róla!!! nagyon örültünk a sikerének 🙂 mindezek mellett persze haladt a többi projektjével is és elkezdett készülni a következő évre (na jó, ez talán túlzás, de volt meetingje a cégen belüli következő lépésekről 😀 ) _ ezen a héten én főleg a SCC és UniMelbes projektekkel haladtam meg a WTF-fel, éés végre elintéztük a karácsonyi ajándékokat 😀 már majdnem minden készen van 😀 tudom, hogy még csak október van (Bence nem felejti el említeni többször is 😛 ) de hogy minden megérkezzen időben, muszájak vagyunk elintézni ezeket ennyivel hamarabb (és a korábbi évekhez képest amúgy még késtem is 😀 )_ _Bencének volt személyes meetingje, pl elment egy barátjának segíteni, hogy a cége kicsit gondolkozzon nagyobb léptékben _ utána elmentünk étterembe és elmesélte, hogy a kérdéseivel hogy késztette a csapatot új gondolkodásra a barátja legnagyobb örömére 😀 ezen kívül meg beszélgettünk rengeteget Eric Berger könyveiről – Liftoff és Reentry – vajon miről szólnak? 😀 aztán pénteken megvolt a szokásos ebéd, bár Manow késett 20 percet az óraátállítás miatt 😀 _szombaton meg a szokásos reggeli és kávé után, amire egy barátunk becsatlakozott, én elmentem Jaime-vel (Bence később jött utánunk) a Melbourne Showgroundsra, merthogy Kutya Fesztivál volt!!! szuper cuki volt _ rettenet mennyiségű puhiság és simizés 😀 annyi kutyát tudtunk simogatni, hogy még, a tacskótól az ír agárig _ a kedvenceim: a bulldog a trónuson, a korgi tele energiával, és a 68 kilós bernáthegyi 😀 nagggyon jól szórakoztunk 🙂 |
