_this week’s progress belongs to Ben in the first place, but we enjoyed Saturday very much with snorkeling and walking in the city centre, and then watching again Encanto_

_Ben this week learned two new processes for his work and used them already, and helps to change their processes for the better in the main job _ his progress is amazing to see it from the other side, but he always says that I over-exaggerate 😀 still, I stand by my analysis 😀 which brings me to my progress, which was also present, but this week was a bit slower than usual – not to fear, I am almost at double thesis size already 😀 I will have serious work to do with my thesis 😀

_we had our usual PhD lunch and it was great and I also had my Buddy meeting – at Swinburne, I qualified as a mentor for starting PhD students, so I have 2 mentees and a mentor partner _ this is all great, but one of our mentees was still in Germany, so the last 3 months with them went online _ however, it seems that we will have an offline meeting finally next week, as our mentee arrived to Melbourne yesterday!!! yaay 🙂

_although the weather on Thursday and Friday was reminding us to the coming fall (it was not cold but comfortably cooler than the heatwave 😀 ), we listened to the weather forecast and planned to go snorkeling on Saturday _ and we did go snorkeling as the forecast was telling the truth for a change 😀 and it was great – we swam, didn’t get burnt on the sun, and I even so a big fish (both of us saw small fishes), though the water was a bit dirty _  afterwards, we delighted ourselves with our favourite coffee and brunch in the CBD, and then coming home, we decided to watch Encanto, the disney movie again – we can only recommend it, it is amazing and the music is fenomenal 🙂

_a hét fő haladása Bencének köszönhető elsősorban, de együtt élveztük a szombati búvárkodást és központban sétálást, nem beszélve az Encanto ismételt megnézéséről_

_Bence a héten megtanult kettő új eljárást és már használta is őket, és próbálja fejleszteni a saját eljárásaikat a fő melóhelyen _ elképesztő a haladása innen kívülről, de mindig mondja, hogy túlzok 😀 ennek ellenére szerintem ez a helyzet a haladásával 😀 ami viszont emlékeztet az enyémre – szintén haladtam, csak kicsit lassabban, mint általában, de nem kell megijedni, így is már nagyjából 2 tézis hosszúságú dolgot írtam 😀 komoly munka lesz lerövidíteni 😀

_megvolt a szokásos PhD ebédünk is és megint szuper volt, persze, és nekem megint megvolt a Buddy Meetingem is – Swinburne számára mentornak számíthatok a kezdő PhDsok számára, így van 2 mentoráltam meg egy mentor társam _ ez mind nagyon szép és jó, viszont az egyik mentoráltunk eddig Németországban dekkolt az elmúlt 3 hónapban _ de úgy tűnik, hogy jövő héten lesz egy személyes találkozónk, mert tegnap megérkezett Melbourne-be!!!! éljen 🙂

_és bár az időjárás csütörtökön és pénteken emlékeztetett minket a közelgő őszre (nem volt hideg, csak hűvösebb mint a kánikulában 😀 ), hallgattunk az előrejelzésre, és beterveztünk búvárkodást szombatra _ és tényleg mentünk is, mert az előrejelzés igazat mondott, a változatosság kedvéért 😀 és nagyon jó volt – úsztunk, nem égtünk le, és én még láttam nagy halat is (mind a ketten láttunk kicsiket), bár a víz kissé koszos volt _ utána még több örömöt szereztünk magunknak a kedvenc kávénkkal meg villás reggelizős helyünkkel a központban, és aztán hazajőve úgy döntöttünk, hogy megint megnézzük az új Disney mesét, az Encanto-t – csak ajánlani tudjuk, elképesztően jó és a zene is rettenet király 🙂
