| _Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone 🙂 I hope you all had a great Christmas and now are getting ready to let go of 2020 _ we had our celebrations but I must say, we are changing the traditions we grew up with for our own Christmas celebrations, and we quite like the new ideas as well 😀
_first of all, the tree is very sustainable, and minimal, but we love it, due to the fact that we did it together and we are decorating it with our pictures from this year (we don’t really know where can the next year’s pictures go, but we shall figure it out in time 😀 ) _ secondly, we organised and managed the gifts way ahead, so since November, we were not occupied by who gets what and other stuff, thus our preparation was more than relaxed _ thirdly, this was the second year, when we went to donate blood on the 24th of December as an already established tradition, and while around us people were still fighting for presents or were quite desperate and tired, between our blood donations (we got different time slots) we had a marvelous brunch, and were walking around the city centre _ after the donations, we went to the Federation square to see the Christmas decorations for this year, and although it was a little less decoration and people due to the plague, it was still great and surreal for us to walk on the sunshine 😀 _in the evening, we together cooked our yummi delicious, kind of meat-centred Christmas dinner, and then we eat it and exchanged gifts (this was not different from the old traditions 😀 ) _ the dinner was so successful that next morning we skipped not just the brunch we planned, but even lunch and kind of dinner as well 😀 but we made it up yesterday, and we finished our Christmas celebrations with a swim in the bay again just like last year – still very weird 😀 of course, we checked in with our families and reassured them from the future that it seems to be safe to let tomorrow arrive, but this will be tested again on New Year’s Eve 😀 _I hope everyone had a great holiday, and that we can continue to have a great time in the next year 🙂 _the pictures from this week can be found through this link_ |
_nagyon boldog karácsonyt és még boldogabb új évet kívánunk innen messziről 🙂 remélem, hogy mindenkinek nagyon szép karácsonya volt és most készül elengedni 2020at _ mi is ünnepeltünk, de meg kell mondjam, változtatunk a családi hagyományokon, amikben felnőttünk, hogy meglegyen a saját karácsonyi hagyományunk, és meglehetősen szeretjük ezeket az új dolgokat is 😀
_először is, a fánk nagyon környezet barát és minimál, de mi nagyon szeretjük, hisz mi csináltuk együtt és ki van dekorálva a mi képeinkkel az idei meg a tavalyi évből (nem igazán tudjuk egyelőre, hogy a jövő évi képek hova férnek majd, de ezt idővel kitaláljuk 😀 ) _ másodszor, előre jól felkészültünk, és már novemberre el volt intézve minden ajándék, úgyhogy meglehetősen nyugisan tudtunk készülni az ünnepre _ harmadszor, ez volt már a második év, amikor 24-én elmentünk vért adni, és míg körülöttünk az emberek még az utolsó ajándékokat igyekeztek egymással küzdve beszerezni, mi a két véradás között (külön időpontot kaptunk) elmentünk egyet villásreggelizni, meg sétáltunk a központban _ a véradás után meg még elsétáltunk a Federation térre megnézni az idei karácsonyi dekorációkat, és bár kevesebb volt kevesebb emberrel a vírus miatt, még mindig szép volt, és szürreális sétálni a napsütésben 😀 _este együtt megfőzőcskéztük a nyami finom, kissé húsközpontú vacsinkat, majd jól bezabáltunk és ajándékoztunk (ez nem változott a régi szokásokhoz képest 😀 ) _ a vacsi viszont olyan jól sikerült, hogy még a következő nap, nemhogy a betervezett villás reggelit kihagytuk, de még az ebédet és a vacsit is nagyjából 😀 persze mindezt bepótoltuk tegnap már, és aztán a karácsonyi ünnepély sorozatot befejeztük egy pancsolással az öbölben, csak úgy mint tavaly – még mindig szuper fura 😀 persze bejelentkeztünk a családokhoz is, és megnyugtattuk őket a jövőből, hogy biztonságosnak tűnik a következő nap, bár ennek nagy próbája majd új évnél lesz 😀 _nagyon remélem, hogy mindenkinek csodás szünete volt és hogy tudjuk folytatni a még csodásabb új évben is 🙂 _a heti képeket ezen a linken keresztül lehet megnézni_ |
