| _this week, due to the weather being not that sunny, we mostly stayed home, but getting creative outside of the hard working daily hours, not to mention that our plants are growing steadily! although we are just cheering from the sidelines and sometimes watering them, but still, it is huge 😀 _
_so with the hard working, Ben enjoys his work with his new client so much, because he is learning a lot and then he can use the learned stuff establishing a new skill – almost every day _ it is so good to see him having basically fun and flourishing in the work he is doing 🙂 and although sometimes the new tasks can be frustrating, when he solves them, he starts to dance 😀 that is always a good thing to witness 😀 given our situation sitting on the opposite side of the table, I am learning with him a little, which is good for me, and he has a living ‘rubber duck’ to discuss the problems and then we are celebrating together when he solves something _ I just realised this week that we are working like this for about 2 months and quite enjoy it 😀 which is great, not to kill each other due to the long closeness, but to really be happy everyday to work next to each other_ _furthermore, I finished my CoC report based on the supervisory comments, and we have found a date which suites everyone interested in the review – which makes it funny that I am almost done with the report (almost=small changes, one read through is required still, but otherwise I am done), because the report’s date is the 24th of June 😀 top put it in perspective: I need to send the report to my review panel 10 business days before the actual review date _ this gives me a huge relief that I am almost done, and I have started earlier _ what is more, that in the meantime, I have already started to work on the next phase: the analysis of interviews _ this will be the basic of a conference paper and an article in the future (not to mention the research itself 😀 ), so I am quite excited about these also_ _on Wednesday, we had the Toastmaster meeting, and I was interviewed by a recruiter in a mock-interview to see how things are going in an online interview _ additionally, in the impromptu speeches, i was asked to talk about my favorite celebrity, and unfortunately, I had to make everyone sad due to the fact that I have not really been following any celebrity for 3-4-5 years, but gave the Churchill as one of my favorite famous people _ they were quite surprised but liked my answer 😀 _since the weather was not really encouraging on Saturday to go outside and have fun in nature, we stayed at home, and went through my list which contained a lot of things I wanted to try out – reorganise our office area, cutting glass with an acetone-soaked string, flames and cold water, and making concrete pots for our plants, just to mention some 😀 not all were a huge success but the pots are hardening right now 😀 when they will be done, I will show a picture of them_ _speaking of pictures – through this link, you can find them from this week_ |
_ezen a héten, elsősorban a napsütés komolyabb hiánya miatt, inkább itthon maradtunk, de kreatívkodásba öltük az energiáinkat a munka után, meg hát a növénykéink is növekednek! bár ezért mondjuk sokat nem tettünk a partvonalról való szurkoláson és néhai öntözésen kívül, de ettől még ez szuper 😀 _
_a kemény munkát illetően, Bence nagyon élvezi a melót az új ügyfelével, mert nagyon sokat tanul, és aztán a tanultakat tudja is rögtön használni, képességeit gyarapítva – nagyjából minden nap _ olyan jó látni, ahogy igazából jól érzi magát és fejlődik a munkában 🙂 és persze az új dolgok frusztrálóak tudnak lenni, de amikor megoldja a problémákat, elkezd örömtáncot lejteni 😀 és ezt mindig jó látni 😀 a jelenlegi helyzetben, egymással szemben ülve egy asztalnál, én is tanulok vele dolgokat, ami hasznos nekem is, és neki meg van egy élő ‘gumikacsája’ elmondani a problémákat és aztán együtt ünneplünk, mikor megoldja őket _ ezen a héten realizáltam, hogy amúgy 2 hónapja összezárva dolgozunk és meglehetősen élvezzük 😀 ami amúgy nagyon jó, gyilkos vágyak nélkül tölteni a napokat a bezártság meg összezártság miatt, hanem tényleg örülni a munkában is egymásnak _ _én pedig haladtam a kis CoC riportommal a témavezetőim kommentjei alapján és megvan végre a nap, amikor lesz a meghallgatásom és mindenkinek is megfelelő, aki érdekelt a témában – ami csak viccessé teszi, hogy már majdnem készen vagyok a riporttal (majdnem=apró változtatások kellenek már csak, meg egyszer végigolvasni az egészet rendesen), mert maga a meghallgatás végül júni 24-én lesz 😀 hogy értehtő legyen: 10 munkanappal a meghallgatás előtt kell megküldeni a riportot _ ez meglehetősen egy megnyugtató gondolat, hogy már ennyire előre vagyok haladva az egésszel _ plusz, már elkezdtem dolgozni a következő szakaszon is: az interjúk elemzésén _ nagyjából ez lesz az alapja egy konferencia publikációnak, meg a következő cikkemnek (meg persze hatalmas része a kutatásomnak 😀 ), úgyhogy meglehetősen örülök ennek is_ _szerdán megint volt Toastmaster, és meg lettem interjúztatva egy próba-interjú keretében egy fejvadász által, csak hogy meglássuk, hogy hogy mennek a dolgok egy online interjúban _ emellett, az impromptu beszédekben megkérdezték, hogy ki a kedvenc sztárom, és el kellett keresítsem őket, mert az elmúlt 3-4-5 évben nem igazán követem ezeket, de mint egyik kedvenc emberem, megkapták Churchillt _ meglehetősen meglepődtek, de tetszett nekik a válaszom 😀 _és mivel az időjárás nem volt túl bíztató szombatra hogy kimerészkedjünk és élvezzük a természet gyönyöreit, otthon maradtunk és végigmentünk a kis listámon, ilyen kreatív dolgok, amiket ki akartam próbálni – átrendezni az irodai sarkunkat, üveget vágni acetonban áztatott madzaggal, lánggal és hideg vízzel, meg beton kaspókat készíteni a kis növénykéinknek, csak hogy néhányat említsek 😀 nem mondhatni, hogy mind sikeres volt, de a beton kaspók már szilárdulnak 😀 amint készen vannak, lesz róluk kép_ _a képeket említve, a heti gyűjtemény ezen a linken keresztül érhető el_ |
